Jeff’s daily habits included: daily scripture study, journaling, listening to personal development books, Power in habits in keeping your momentum moving forward when we’re trying to push passed limiting beliefs Jeff shares a story in his life where life got really hard and very busy, and he had to evaluate what habits were most important to keep him going.
